Delays in the production of the first German main battle tank led to the deployment of the Panzerklagen II. After successful missions in Poland and France at the beginning of World War II, it was also used in Russia and North Africa, although it was now inferior to the opposing tanks. Version F, which was further developed in 1941, had a reinforced front and side armor and reached 9.5 t. Weight a speed of 40 km/h.
