A Special One
The Lotus Europa debuted in 1966, showcasing what was then a revolutionary midship layout, with a lightweight FRP body, and making a global splash thanks in part to its top-class cornering. In 1972, perhaps the finest model in the series was released - the Europa Special with 126hp, 1.6-liter inline-4 engine, optional 5-speed transmission and aluminum wheels. This R/C model assembly kit recreates the Europa Special developed by legendary Lotus founder Colin Chapman. A polycarbonate body captures the sharp, low-slung form in style, with separate parts for light cases, side mirrors and rear wing. Stickers are included for decoration of the model, including depiction of stylish gold pinstripe details.

Great RR Performance from the M-06
The M-06 chassis features a rear-mounted motor, rear-drive setup and has a longitudinally-mounted battery pack, with R/C equipment positioned on either side for optimum balance and a low center of gravity. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension uses dish design wheels, equipped with 60D radial tires at the front and 60D super radial (hard) tires at the rear. In addition, a 3-piece steering linkage offers nimble handling response.

The distinctive, low-profile Europa Special form is captured in style by a lightweight polycarbonate body.
Separate parts are included for headlight cases; they are compatible with separately sold LEDs.
Dedicated, separately molded plastic depictions of the minimalistic side mirrors add further realism.
A depiction of an optional rear wing is also included. Stickers are provided for gold pinstripes.

Dish type wheels are perfect for this classic sports car; treaded semi-pneumatic tires have inserts.
The M-06 chassis' three-piece steering linkage ensures you have great control and direct steering feel.

With rear re-assembly, 210mm, 225mm and 239mm wheelbases are possible. This model uses 225mm.

The rear-mounted motor, rear-wheel drive setup provides the model with excellent traction at the rear.
